Active within her professional community, Ms. Riley holds memberships with the National Human Resources Association, SHRM and AEA. She is a two-time recipient of the Human Resource Professional of the Year award from the San Diego Business Journal. In 2010, she received a certificate of special congressional recognition from Rep. Brian Bilbray.
