ImmigrationTracker Case Management Software Announces New Data Sharing Features That Simplify Forms and Status Documents

Tracker Corp announced new data integration features in its ImmigrationTracker 7.4 software that further streamline the completion of multiple forms and and status documents.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, April 01, 2011 /Human Resources PR News/ -- Tracker Corp, http://trackercorp.com, the provider of the most innovative solutions for immigration management, Form I-9 compliance and E-Verify, announced new data integration features in its ImmigrationTracker 7.4 software that further streamline the completion of multiple forms and status documents.

Long praised for its ability to integrate data entered from one immigration form or questionnaire to pre-fill similar fields in other documents, ImmigrationTracker case management software has added new features that make the process even more flexible and error-free. The fonts resize automatically to fit each form. Additional new features include easy access fields for DS-160, DS-230 and I-485 forms, deletion trails, and spell checking now available in all forms, emails, tasks and logs.

When adding a new I-94 Status Document Type, Visa Max dates automatically populate when a Visa Max value already exists in Tracker. If Status Document dates appear to be out of order when entered into Tracker (e.g. expiration date precedes issue date), the user is prompted with an alert message and given an opportunity to make a correction. When creating an I-94 entry, an alert message asks if the user wished to use the newly entered I-94 information to update the Individual's Last Entry Date and Place in their bio file.

"These new features in ImmigrationTracker represent the refinements made possible by Tracker's immigration law experts and developers, who have unmatched expertise in real-world immigration management," said Brett Weiss, Tracker Corp CEO. "Some features are also in response to suggestions made by our thousands of users."
