Dr. Fran Szabo celebrates three years as the owner of AdvantEdge
BEAR, DE, August 27, 2010 /Human Resources PR News/ -- Dr. Fran Szabo, Owner of AdvantEdge, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in organizational analysis.
With three years of experience as the owner of AdvantEdge, Dr. Fran Szabo is responsible for analyzing clients' organizational structure, assessing employee skills, developing and implementing solutions for improved performance, designing curriculum and facilitating seminars. Prior to joining AdvantEdge, Dr. Szabo worked for Sodexo and Marriott International, Inc. Dr. Szabo has managed large-scale mergers focusing on employee selection and sourcing, compensation issues and learning solutions. She became involved in her profession through her desire to provide learning solutions to companies and learn from various industries, and she attributes her success to her experience, realistic approach with clients and ability to successfully relate behavioral challenges to her clients.
Dr. Szabo received her Ph.D. in Management Studies from Revans University in 2004, her Master of Arts in Human Resources Management with a concentration in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco in 1988, and her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis in 1983. She is a member of the American Society for Training & Development, the Society for Applied Learning Technology, and the International Facility Management Association.
