Margaret E. Oakes Named Professional of the Year in Employee Relations
Human resources professional Margaret E. Oakes celebrates over two decades with Lockheed Martin Corporation
LAS VEGAS, NV, July 16, 2010 /Human Resources PR News/ -- Margaret E. Oakes, Multi-Functional Human Resources Representative for Lockheed Martin Corporation, has been named Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in Employee Relations. At least, that is the way HR works at Lockheed Martin. Oakes is defined by her genuine care for people. Her uncanny ability to show compassion and empathy, coupled with her knack for finding creative solutions to difficult problems, makes her an invaluable professional resource for Lockheed Martin.
Oakes holds a bachelor of business administration from the University of Phoenix, earned in 2008. She became a certified professional in human resources through the Society for Human Resource Management and holds certification in advanced and basic human resources from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Her professional affiliations include the Society for Human Resource Management.
