Cheryl Cauley to Be Profiled in Exclusive Registry
Cheryl Cauley Specializes in Corporate Training
CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH, September 1, 2009 /Human Resources PR News/ -- Cheryl Cauley, Customer Care Specialist & Trainer for Cambridge Integrated Services, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in corporate training.
Ms. Cauley has nine years of professional experience, with the least four of these years devoted to Cambridge Integrated Services. As an insurance claims specialist and corporate trainer, she is responsible for conducting corporate training and handling claims including general liability and workers' compensation for such companies as KFC, FedEx, the American Red Cross, American Express and MasterCard. Prior to assuming her current position, Ms. Cauley learned her skills at CVS, where she managed a store and trained personnel.
An active member of her community, Ms. Cauley lends her time to the C.T. Nelson Scholarship Foundation. Formed in memory of her father, who was a minister, it raises funds for college scholarships. Additionally, Ms. Cauley teaches computer classes for kids and seniors at Union Grove Baptist Church in Cleveland, which provides students who complete the course with reconditioned computers for their home use. She attributes the success that she has enjoyed in multiple endeavors to her mother, who never gave up on her.
Ms. Cauley is pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management at Ursuline College. She holds a certification in business management. She plans to pursue her Master's Degree and aspires to one day teach business management and HR management at the college level. A proud single mom, Ms. Cauley is excited to see her son Devontae Jefferson begin his freshman year at Cleveland State University this fall.
