Rhoda Craghead is a Human Services Case Management Authority
Sallisaw, OK, August 31, 2009 /Human Resources PR News/ -- Rhoda Craghead, Case Manager III for the Developmental Disabilities Services Division of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in human services case management.
Rhonda Craghead has dedicated her professional career to providing human services case management and crisis intervention services with vision and dedication. She was drawn into the field after taking special education classes at Northeastern University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Education with a minor in Psychology in 1984. Currently, she is tasked with advocating for clients to live safely and independently. "I attribute my success to my ability to see each service recipient as an individual with hopes and dreams first, rather than just a sum of their history," she explains. "I do my best to offer them specific programs, services and resources to help them acheive their goals."
Rhonda Craghead's achievements have not gone unnoticed - she was recognized by Tulsa Advocates for the Rights of Citizens (TARC) as a case manager with vision and commitment that never wavered and received the employee of the month award (2002), the employee of the quarter award (2004) and honorable mention (2004, 2007) from the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. Outside of work, she teaches Sunday school and volunteers as a Baptist children's advocate at Eastside Baptist Church.
