Joseph Mott Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Joseph Mott recognized as expert with Global Linguist Solutions
MANASSAS, VA, June 6, 2009 /Human Resources PR News/ -- Joseph Mott, Director of Human Resources for Global Linguist Solutions, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of human resources management.
With 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Mott is recognized as an expert in employee relations, leadership development and training for senior-level management. He brings his talents to Global Linguist Solutions, a linguistic service agency that provides interpretation, translation and linguistic services for military professionals. As the human resources director, he is responsible for supervising the company's entire human resource operations in Iraq and Falls Church, VA, which include 27 HR professionals and 9,000 employees. Prior to venturing into human resources, Mr. Mott served in the U.S. Navy for four years. He attributes his success to having had good coaches and mentors and to being able to learn from them.
Mr. Mott received his Bachelor of Science in Human Resources in 2001 from SUNY Oswego. He is affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management and gives generously to the American Diabetes Association and Disabled American Veterans. Mr. Mott aspires to teach leadership management at the university level.
